On page 2, line 35, after "(4)" insert "Nothing in this section prohibits a policyholder from assigning rights in the context of a covenant judgment, consent judgment, deferred judgment, stipulated judgment, or similar agreement.

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
| EFFECT: Specifies that the prohibition on assignment agreements whereby a policyholder transfers post-loss benefits under a property insurance policy to a person providing services does not prohibit a policyholder from assigning rights in the context of a covenant judgment, consent judgment, deferred judgment, stipulated judgment, or similar agreement. |
