On page 2, after line 7, insert the following:
"(3) When ordered into state active service pursuant to this section, the organized militia must act at the request of and under the direction of the chief law enforcement officer of the agency with primary territorial jurisdiction as defined in RCW 10.93.020 or tribal law enforcement agencies."
| EFFECT: Requires the organized militia ordered into active service to support state, local, tribal, and territorial law enforcement in the countering unpiloted aircraft system threats to act at the request of and under the direction of tribal law enforcement agencies or the chief law enforcement officer of the agency with primary jurisdiction. |
