On page 8, after line 3 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 6. A new section is added to chapter 82.04 RCW to read as follows:

This chapter does not apply to any entity within an insurer holding company system as defined in RCW 48.31B.005 if the insurer pays insurance premiums tax pursuant to RCW 48.14.020 or RCW 48.14.0201."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
