EFFECT: Removes from the definition of "hiring entity" any person or specified entity that pays compensation to a domestic worker or pays for the services of a domestic worker (but otherwise retains any person or specified entity that pays wages to a domestic worker), thereby removing such person or entity from being subject to the requirements in the underlying striking amendment.
