On page 1, line 22 of the striking amendment, after "(ii)" insert "Is 18 years of age or older;

(iii)"

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Limits the definition of "domestic worker" to a worker who is 18 years of age or older, thereby limiting the application of the bill's requirements to workers who are 18 years of age or older.
