Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 18, line 30 of the striking amendment, after "through" strike "16" and insert "15"

On page 18, line 32 of the striking amendment, after "through" strike "17 and 19" and insert "16 and 18"

EFFECT: Removes the private right of action, thereby limiting remedies for violations to those available through the administrative complaint process with the Department of Labor and Industries established in the underlying bill.
