(2) Remaining appropriations in this section may not be used for new complete streets grant awards in the 2025-2027 biennium."

EFFECT: Removes new funding for the following grant programs:

Green Transportation Capital Grants;

Tribal Transit Mobility Grants;

Bus and Bus Facilities Grants;

Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Grants;

Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety, Move Ahead Grants;

School Based Bike Safety Education Grants;

Connecting Communities Grants; and

Micromobility Grants.

FISCAL IMPACT:

 Reduces Carbon Emissions Reduction Account - State by $292,800,000.

 Reduces Climate Active Transpo Account - State by $80,200,000.

Reduces Multimodal Transpo Account - State by $24,080,000.

Reduces Complete Streets Grant Program Account - State by $14,670,000.

Reduces State Vehicle Parking Account - State by $784,000.
