On page 111, beginning on line 30, after "year 2026" strike all material through "year 2027," on line 31
On page 111, line 31, strike "$80,130,000" and insert "$39,028,000"
| EFFECT: Reinstates funding for the statutory nursing facility rate rebase scheduled for fiscal year 2027 and removes the additional funding previously provided to maintain fiscal year 2027 rates at fiscal year 2025 levels, as the rebase is expected to exceed those levels.
FISCAL IMPACT (2025 Supplemental): None.
FISCAL IMPACT (2025-27): Increases General Fund - State by $12,251,000. Increases General Fund - Federal by $13,511,000.
FOUR-YEAR OUTLOOK EXPENDITURE EFFECT: Increases General Fund - State by $12,251,000.
