"Climate Investment Account: For transfer to the climate commitment account, $85,000,000 for fiscal year 2027.... $85,000,000
Natural Climate Solutions Account: For transfer to the climate commitment account, $7,000,000 for fiscal year 2027.... $7,000,000"
| EFFECT: The amendment makes the following changes: Replaces $151.0 million of General Fund-State appropriation with $151.0 million of Climate Commitment Account expenditure authority, one-time in the 2025-27 biennium, for Working Family Tax Credit remittances; Provides ongoing funding for the implementation of House Bill No. 1307 (child care product sales tax), which decreases General Fund-State revenues by $121.1 million in the 2025-27 biennium; Removes $4.0 million in funding one-time in the 2025-27 biennium at the Department of Health for the community capacity grant program under the Healthy Environment for All Act; and Transfers $85.0 million from the Climate Investment Account to the Climate Commitment Account, and $7.0 million from the Natural Climate Solutions Account to the Climate Commitment Account.
