On page 45, line 15, increase the Community Preservation and Development Authority Account—State Appropriation by $500,000

On page 45, line 27, correct the total.

On page 48, after line 8, insert the following:

"(15) $500,000 of the community preservation and development authority account—state appropriation is provided solely for the Central district community preservation and development authority established in RCW 43.167.070 to carry out the duties and responsibilities set forth in RCW 43.167.030."

EFFECT: One-time funding is provided for the Central District Community Preservation and Development Authority through the Department of Commerce.

FISCAL IMPACT (2025 Supplemental):

None.

FISCAL IMPACT (2025-27):

Increases Community Pres/Develop Authority - State by $500,000.
