On page 5, line 7 of the striking amendment, after "(4)" insert "Prior to constructing a wildlife crossing structure, the department must obtain the written consent of all private property owners adjacent to each end of the structure.

EFFECT: Requires the department to obtain the written consent of all private property owners adjacent to each end of a wildlife crossing structure, prior to constructing the structure.
