On page 5, line 7 of the striking amendment, after "(4)" insert "Prior to constructing a wildlife crossing structure with funds from the Washington wildlife crossings account, the department must obtain the written consent of all private property owners adjacent to each end of the structure.

EFFECT: Requires the department, when using funds from the Washington wildlife crossings account, to obtain the written consent of all private property owners adjacent to each end of a wildlife crossing structure, prior to constructing the structure.
