EFFECT: Requires the Washington State Department of Transportation and the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, when developing their integrated wildlife habitat connectivity strategy, to also consult with an organization representing small forest landowners, an organization representing large forest landowners, and a statewide bureau representing farmers.
