On page 5, line 33 of the striking amendment, after "(2)" insert "When mapping corridors, the department must avoid private land as much as possible and consult with a private landowner before adding that private landowner's property to a corridor;

(3)"

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Requires the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, when mapping corridors, to avoid private land as much as possible and consult with a private landowner before adding that private landowner's property to a corridor.
