EFFECT: Removes the provision requiring an employer to pay an employee at their regular compensation rate for any breaks and travel time for expressing breast milk, prohibiting an employer from requiring the use of paid leave during those breaks and times, and requiring that those breaks are in addition to other meal and rest periods under the Industrial Welfare Act.
