On page 2, line 21 of the striking amendment, after "(e)" insert "Before making a finding under (c) of this subsection, the court shall provide an opportunity for victims and survivors of victims of any crimes for which the juvenile has been adjudicated to present a statement personally or by representation at the hearing, and the court shall give great weight to the wishes of victims and survivors. When providing statements under this subsection (e), victims and survivors of victims are encouraged to articulate:

(i) The outcome that would make them feel safe; and

(ii) What they believe to be appropriate conditions of release, including geographic restrictions and conditions of electronic monitoring.

Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 10, line 11 of the striking amendment, after "(d)" insert "During each review hearing under this subsection (3), the court shall provide an opportunity for victims and survivors of victims of any crimes for which the juvenile has been adjudicated to present a statement personally or by representation at the hearing, and the court shall give great weight to the wishes of victims and survivors. When providing statements under this subsection (d), victims and survivors of victims are encouraged to articulate:

(i) The outcome that would make them feel safe; and

(ii) What they believe to be appropriate conditions of release, including geographic restrictions and conditions of electronic monitoring.
