On page 2, beginning on line 37 of the striking amendment, after "court" strike all material through "revoked," on page 3, line 5 and insert "shall order the juvenile to serve the remainder of their sentence in"

EFFECT: Requires that when a juvenile is sentenced to a determinate sentence of electronic monitoring and is found by the court to have violated any terms of an electronic monitoring agreement, the court shall order the juvenile to serve the remainder of the sentence in confinement.
