On page 2, line 24 of the striking amendment, after "for" strike "up to" and insert "at least"

On page 10, line 4 of the striking amendment, after "on" strike "up to a year of"

On page 10, line 5 of the striking amendment, after "supervision" insert "and electronic monitoring for at least the minimum of the juvenile's remaining range"

EFFECT: Requires the that the court place a juvenile on community supervision and electronic monitoring for at least the juvenile's minimum range or remaining range who is not committed to the Department of Children, Youth, and Families or who is released following a review hearing occurring during the juvenile's commitment.
