EFFECT: Requires that a court conduct a review hearing for a juvenile who is committed to the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) to consider the juvenile's progress and release from the custody of the DCYF after the juvenile has served at least six months in the custody of the DCYF (instead of after serving at least four months).
