On page 10, line 1 of the striking amendment, after "During" strike "each" and insert "the"

On page 10, line 2 of the striking amendment, after "progress" strike "and, unless" and insert "and input of the victim, and if"

On page 10, line 3 of the striking amendment, after "13.40.160(1)(c)," strike "shall" and insert "the court may"

EFFECT: Requires courts to consider the input of the victim during a review hearing to consider the juvenile's progress and release from the confinement of a Department of Children, Youth, and Families institution and specifies that the court may, instead of shall, release the juvenile unless the court makes the required finding in the underlying striking amendment.
