On page 17, line 10 of the striking amendment, after "section." insert "The commission must prioritize tribes located in rural counties when awarding grant funding under this section."

EFFECT: Directs the Traffic Safety Commission to prioritize tribes located in rural counties when awarding grant funding under the newly established Tribal Traffic Safety Coordinator Program.
