On page 2, line 14, after "(2)" strike "and (3)" and insert "through (4)"

On page 2, after line 30, insert the following:

"(4) The department shall ensure that the residential settings provided to individuals who transition out of the Rainier school as a result of the closure described under subsection (1) of this section, provide equal to or better access to care than the access to care provided by the Rainier school."

EFFECT: Requires the Department of Social and Health Services to ensure that the residential settings provided to individuals who transition out of the Rainier School as a result of the closure provide equal to or better access to care than the access to care provided by the Rainier School.
