On page 2, after line 30, insert the following:

"(4) Until June 30, 2032, and following the closure of the Rainier school as provided in subsection (1) of this section, the department shall provide a quarterly report, in compliance with RCW 43.01.036, to the appropriate committees of the legislature that provides information regarding the health, housing stability, and emergency service use of all individuals transitioned out of the Rainier school as a result of the closure."

EFFECT: Requires that the Department of Social and Health Services provide a quarterly report from June 30, 2027, to June 30, 3032 to the Legislature that provides information regarding the health, housing stability, and emergency service use of all individuals transitioned out of the Rainier school as a result of the closure.
