On page 2, line 30, after "programs." insert "The employment must last for at least one year, provide an equivalent or higher pay rate than the employee's pay rate at the residential habilitation center, and be full-time or part-time, consistent with the employee's schedule at the residential habilitation center."

EFFECT: Requires that the employment offered to residential habilitation center (RHC) employees last for at least one year, provide an equivalent or higher pay rate to the employee's pay rate at the RHC, and be full-time or part-time, consistent with the employee's schedule at the RHC.
