On page 2, line 14, after "(2)" strike "and (3)" and insert "through (4)"

On page 2, after line 30, insert the following:

"(4) The department must provide $10,000 in relocation assistance to:

(a) Each former staff person of the Rainier school who must relocate to pursue employment due to the closure required in subsection (1) of this section; and

(b) Each household required to relocate in order to support an immediate family member who is a former resident transitioned from their placement in the Rainier school due to the closure required in subsection (1) of this section."

EFFECT: Requires the Department of Social and Health Services to provide $10,000 in relocation assistance to each staff member who must relocate to pursue employment, and each household that must relocate to support an immediate family member who is a former resident who was transitioned, as a result of the closure of the Rainier School.
