On page 2, after line 30, insert the following:
"(4) The department, in coordination with the office of the developmental disabilities ombuds, shall conduct exit interviews with each resident, the resident's family, and each employee who provides direct care to residents."
| EFFECT: Requires the Department of Social and Health Services, in coordination with the Office of the Developmental Disabilities Ombuds, to conduct exit interviews with each resident, the resident's family, and each employee who provides direct care to residents.
