On page 2, after line 30, insert the following:
"(4) The department may not take any action related to closure of the Rainier school until the department has contacted each resident and the legal guardian of each resident of the Rainier school and documented the residential setting preference of the resident and the resident's guardian."
| EFFECT: Prohibits the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) from taking any action related to the closure of Rainier School until the DSHS has contacted each resident and the legal guardian of each resident and documented the residential setting preference of the resident and the resident's legal guardian. |
