On page 2, after line 26 of the striking amendment, insert the following:
"(3) Nothing in this section exempts or shall be construed as exempting school districts from complying with the applicable requirements of section 1, chapter . . ., Laws of 2025 (Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill 5142) when selling real property acquired through condemnation under chapter 8.16 RCW."
| EFFECT: Adds that nothing in the section authorizing school districts in binding conditions to sell real property if applicable conditions are met exempts or shall be construed as exempting school districts from complying with the applicable requirements in Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill 5142 when selling real property acquired through condemnation under state laws governing eminent domain by school districts.
