Renumber the remaining part and sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Removes the categorical exemptions from the State Environmental Policy Act for certain electrical transmission activities and removes the corresponding review process related to tribal, archaeological, historic, sacred, and cultural resources for such categorically exempt activities. Removes the requirements for counties to adopt a permitting process for electrical transmission line activities.
