On page 4, line 26 of the striking amendment, after "RCW." insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 5. This act takes effect July 1, 2028."

EFFECT: Delays the effective date of the bill from 90 days after final adjournment of the legislative session in which it is enacted to July 1, 2028.
