On page 3, after line 6, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. A new section is added to chapter 18.185 RCW to read as follows:

No part of RCW 18.185.110 shall be interpreted to allow interference with or limitation of the enforcement or implementation of federal immigration law, as defined in Title 8 U.S.C. Secs. 1227, 1357, or other relevant sections. Any interference with or limitation of such enforcement remains illegal.”
