On page 18, beginning on line 36 of the striking amendment, after "(3)" strike all material through "five-tenths" on line 37 and insert "Beginning July 1, 2003, there is levied and collected an additional tax of three-tenths"

EFFECT: Removes the two-tenths of one percent increase in the motor vehicle sales and use tax rate that takes effect January 1, 2026.
