On page 4, at the beginning of line 10 of the striking amendment, strike "cumulative fuel tax rate per gallon of special fuel" and insert "fuel tax rate per gallon"
| EFFECT: Removes increases in the special fuel tax rates of three cents per gallon beginning July 1, 2025 and July 1, 2027, and annual adjustments of two percent that apply to the special fuel tax rates beginning July 1, 2028.
