On page 3, after line 19, insert the following:

"(d) Beginning January 1, 2027, the lieutenant governor's office shall submit a biennial report, in compliance with RCW 43.01.036, to the appropriate committees of the legislature that details the sources and uses of all private funds that are authorized under this section."

EFFECT: Requires the Lieutenant Governor's Office to submit a biennial report, beginning January 1, 2027, to the appropriate committees of the Legislature that details the sources and uses of all private funds received by the Washington State Leadership Board through gifts, grants, or endowments.
