On page 24, line 3 of the striking amendment, after "11." strike "Section" and insert "Except as provided under section 15 of this act, section"

On page 24, line 7 of the striking amendment, after "13." strike "Section" and insert "Except as provided under section 15 of this act, section"

On page 24, after line 11 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 15. (1) This act takes effect 90 days following the date upon which written notice is received from the department of labor and industries under this section.

(2) Upon the completion of the workers' compensation system modernization project, the department of labor and industries must provide written notice to the chief clerk of the house of representatives, the secretary of the senate, and the office of the code reviser, that the workers' compensation system modernization project is complete."
