On page 2, beginning on line 10, after "department" strike all material through "section" on line 12 and insert "must prioritize delivering, dispensing, or distributing the medications to entities that will pay list price plus a fee of $5 per dose, but if the department is not able to sell the medications at that price, the department may accept payment of $5 per dose to offset the cost of secure storage and delivery of the medications"

EFFECT: Requires the Department of Corrections (DOC) to prioritize delivering, dispensing, or distributing the medications to entities that will pay list price plus a $5 fee per dose, but allows the DOC to accept $5 per dose if the DOC is not able to sell the medications at cost plus $5 per dose. Removes the authorization allowing DOC to not obtain payment for delivering, dispensing, or distributing abortion medications.
