On page 5, line 5 of the striking amendment, after "motions." insert "A person or entity that prevails in an action brought under this section is entitled to an award for all costs and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by the person or entity in bringing the action."

EFFECT: Provides that a person or entity that brings a court action to modify or set aside a civil investigative demand or to require the Attorney General to perform a duty required under the act is entitled to an award for all costs and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in bringing the action.
