On page 5, line 28 of the striking amendment, after "statutes." insert the following:

"(12) This section does not apply to any business that qualifies for a tax credit under RCW 82.04.4451."

EFFECT: Exempts any business that qualifies for the small business tax credit from being issued a civil investigative demand.
