On page 5, line 28 of the striking amendment, after "statutes." insert the following:

"(12) This section does not apply to any political subdivision of the state including any county, city, town, school district, special purpose district, local service district, or any other municipal corporation, quasi-municipal corporation, or political subdivision of the state."
