On page 2, beginning on line 28 of the striking amendment, after "one" strike "employee benefit specialist" and insert "((employee benefit specialist)) health care provider"

EFFECT: Modifies the nominations for members of the Health Benefit Exchange Board by requiring the largest caucus of the House of Representatives to nominate at least one health care provider rather than one employee benefit specialist.
