On page 3, beginning on line 29 of the striking amendment, after "serve" strike "two-year terms" and insert "((two-year)) three-year terms for up to a total of no more than six years consecutively. Board members may take a one-term break and return to the board for one additional term"

EFFECT: Extends the term of the Health Benefit Exchange Board members from two years to three years and establishes a term limit of two terms.
