On page 11, line 30 of the striking amendment, after "delivery." insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 7. (1) If H.R. 1, Public Law No:119-21 is repealed, this act shall expire immediately.

(2) The attorney general must provide written notice of the expiration date of this act to affected parties, the chief clerk of the house of representatives, the secretary of the senate, the office of the code reviser, and others as deemed appropriate by the attorney general."
