On page 11, after line 15 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 7. Legislative privilege does not apply to internal deliberations concerning this act. Internal deliberations include, but are not limited to, preliminary drafts, notes, recommendations, and internal and interbranch communication in which opinions are expressed or policies formulated or recommended."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
