On page 11, beginning on line 20 of the striking amendment, after "code" strike all material through "RCW 82.87.080" on line 26 and insert "for federal income tax purposes"

EFFECT: Allows a taxpayer to claim a charitable deduction equal to the amount claimed for federal income tax purposes.
