On page 107, after line 31 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 1210. Beginning on January 1, 2028, the department of revenue must report to the legislature annually on the total cost of administration of this act, the number of full time employees required to administer this act, and the ratio of cost of implementation compared to revenue raised from the tax imposed in this act."

EFFECT: Requires DOR to report to the Legislature on the costs of administration.
