On page 43, after line 2 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 713. A new section is added to chapter 82.32 RCW to read as follows:

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, the department must not amend existing data sharing agreements or enter into new data sharing agreements with the United States internal revenue service to share Washington confidential tax information related to enforcement of this act."
