On page 5, line 15 of the striking amendment, after "302 through" strike "309" and insert "310"

On page 6, beginning on line 11 of the striking amendment, strike all of section 203

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

On page 11, after line 26 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 310. In computing a taxpayer's Washington base income, the taxpayer must deduct from the taxpayer's federal adjusted gross income any amount of income subject to an income tax in another state or political subdivision of the state."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Replaces the out-of-state income tax credit with a complete tax exemption for income subject to income tax in another state.
