On page 5, line 33 of the striking amendment, after "(1)" strike "Taxes" and insert "(a) Except as provided in (b) of this subsection, taxes"

On page 6, after line 4 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"(b) Five percent of the taxes collected under this chapter must be deposited in the universal free school lunches account created in section 1202 of this act."

On page 106, after line 33 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 1202. A new section is added to chapter 28A.235 RCW to read as follows:

The universal free school lunches account is created in the state treasury. The tax receipts collected under section 202(1)(b) of this act must be deposited into the account. Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation. Expenditures from the account may be used only for providing funding for free school lunches for Washington's K-12 students."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
