On page 11, after line 15 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec 309. Income derived by a small forestland owner as defined in RCW 76.09.450 is exempt from the tax imposed by this chapter."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
