On page 13, after line 20 of the striking amendment, insert the following:

"NEW SECTION. Sec. 317. AGRICULTURAL ASSET SALES. In determining a taxpayer's Washington taxable income, the taxpayer may deduct from the taxpayer's Washington base income the amount of the taxpayer’s ordinary income attributable to gains from sales by an agricultural producer of assets described in Title 26, U.S.C. Sec. 1245."
